This right here is something you just can't teach. Andre Parker of Kent State is a in a league of his own. He obviously knew that the rule on a fumbled punt is you CAN'T advance it, so a touchdown is out of the question. So just like any of us would do, he scooped the ball up and ran 58 yards down the field in the wrong direction. Power move here by Parker. He made Towson look silly. They actually chased him down and tackled him, showing Towson clearly didn't know the fumbled punt rule. People can laugh all they want about how Parker "made a fool of himself," but Parker is the one who gets the last laugh when the refs bring the ball all the way back to the Towson 7 yard line. 1st and Goal for Kent State.
