So this video went viral yesterday, featuring Appalachian State's Brian Okam shooting the worst free throw in the history of the world. Hands down. No debate necessary.
I'm going to guess and say he got the ball to go about 3 feet total. It was basically an entry pass to his teammate on the block. What I want to know is what do you say to this guy as a teammate, or as a coach for that matter. No high fives, no 'good job', nothing. He got nothing, and he deserves nothing. I'm going to assume this was just a freak accident. Sweat on his hand or that ball or something and it slipped. It had to have been. If that was legitimately the best attempt he could make on this, then I'm sorry but Brian, it's time to hang it up.
